Three Friends, One Big Dream
Tà Tà started with three friends — Long, Phuong, and Thanh — each good at their own thing. Long works his magic in the kitchen, Phuong knows how to run a restaurant like a well-oiled (but cozy) machine, and Thanh brings the vibe online and off with digital flair. What brought us together? A shared love for bold Vietnamese flavors, good wine, and the kind of meals that stretch long into the night. So we opened a little spot tucked in an alley in Tan Binh neighboorhood — nothing fancy, just a warm, easygoing place where fusion food meets a chill glass of red, and everything slows down, just a little.
